The verified silhouette and the correctly selected exterior elements underline the off-road character of the car and its multifunctionality. For Russia, the exterior of the Renault Duster was specially modified, thanks to which the car received a massive grille and additional chrome-plated elements, which made the car look aggressive and powerful. Wide wheel arches and crankcase reinforce the idea of all-wheel drive.

The interior of the Duster is largely copied from Sandero and repeats the same minimalism and characteristic features of the Logan family. For example, the original form of air ducts or rear door handles. The overall similarity of the salons is diluted with decorative inserts (under wood and metal), and round shapes of the speed indicator and the tachometer, slightly flattened at the bottom. The Duster engine range consists of three units: a 1.6-liter 102-horsepower gasoline and two 1.5-liter diesel engines with a capacity of 85 and 110 hp. Two transmission options are included. A five-speed manual for a monodrive with a gasoline engine and a weaker diesel.

Six-speed manual for all-wheel drive car with a gasoline engine and a more powerful diesel engine. It is also possible to install a 6-speed gearbox in the front-wheel drive version with a 110-strong diesel. All engines boast particularly economical fuel consumption. All engines boast economical fuel consumption. The combined cycle fuel consumption in the 4x2 and 4x4 diesel interpretation of the Renault Duster DCI 85 version is 5.1 and 5.3 l / 100 km, respectively. The combined cycle fuel consumption in the 4x2 and 4x4 petrol interpretation of the Renault Duster 1.6 16V 105 version is 7.5 and 7.9 l / 100 km, respectively.

At the same time, the car shows good environmental performance for its class - 140 g / km in the version with front-wheel drive and diesel powertrain, and 150 g / km with all-wheel drive and turbo diesel.
